Physical training sessions with Russian classics

Winter is not a time for long walks. To diversify the motor activity of the child at home, you can use physical training sessions. A participant of the "Game Library" shared her ideas with us as part of a creative task. Anna suggests learning poems by Russian classics for the appropriate movements. The undoubted advantage of such classes is that mom already knows the text of the work, so the preparation will take a minimum of time. We give the floor to Anna.

We decided to stage a few small poems on a winter theme. After repeating the exercises several times, the child will remember the poem itself (it will be useful on New Year's holidays), and will relax together with his mother. I think this activity is suitable for children 4-8 years old.

Physical culture minute based on the poem "Winter Road" (A.S. Pushkin)

What you will need: a wide handkerchief/ribbon; a bell.

The moon makes its way through the wavy mists; It pours a sad light on the sad glades.	We show "wavy mists" – wave-like movements with a hand, or a wide handkerchief / ribbon; we "sneak" like the moon, on tiptoe.
On the winter, boring road, the Three greyhounds are running; The monotonous bell is tiresomely rattling.	We make a "harness" – from a rope or rope – we "harness" a mother or a child, we jump around the apartment. At the same time we ring the bell.

Meet the northern Aurora with the star of the north!	At the end, we show the "star" – on the floor or standing, arms and legs outstretched to the sides.

What you will need: scarves / scarves / wide fabric; something rustling; window.

The storm covers the sky with mist, Twisting the snow whirlwinds; Then, like an animal, she will howl, Then she will cry like a child. Then on the roof of a dilapidated friend will make a noise with straw; Then, like a belated traveler, he will knock on our window.	We spin around, waving a scarf/ handkerchief, showing the storm; "howl" like a wolf; cover our face with our hands, as if crying; Run to some rustling surface, rustling about it like straw; Run to the window and knock.
